I hold a little MKL and only position in insurance. I love its specialty insurance as much harder to disrupt and some of the investment equities as much like BRK as you mention. With a higher interest rate environment it should do better with float. ROE is still low so if I find something better (high ROIC/FCF growth) in the next couple of years I will switch but most likely I will be too lazy.
